If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required before your scheduled appointment time.

With proper notice, your funds may be applied toward a future appointment within 30 days of the original appointment date.

A maximum of 2 reschedules are permitted per appointment.

Failure to appear for your appointment without notice, or failure to reschedule within the allowed timeframe, will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Appointments have a 10 minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may require rescheduling with a new deposit.

All clients must complete any required consent forms before their tattoo appointment.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment.

For safety reasons, clients may not receive tattoo services while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

InkScribe Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse service for any reason related to safety, health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or unsuitable skin conditions.

Results may vary depending on skin type, placement, healing process, and aftercare.

Clients are expected to finalize their tattoo concept prior to the appointment date.

Last-minute design changes may not be accommodated as they can interfere with scheduling and preparation time.

Minor adjustments may be made by the artist during the design process to improve flow, readability, fit, and longevity of the tattoo.

All artwork, logos, branding, designs, and content created by InkScribe Tattoo Studio remain the intellectual property of InkScribe Tattoo LLC and its artists.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, modified, sold, or tattooed by another artist without permission.

Clients are responsible for reviewing spelling, sizing, placement, and overall design approval before tattooing begins.

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by their artist.

Healing results may vary depending on skin type, placement, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

InkScribe Tattoo LLC is not responsible for improper healing, fading, irritation, or complications caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Touch-ups are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Please arrive showered, hydrated, and having eaten before your appointment.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.

Avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning, or skin irritation prior to your appointment.

Clients are responsible for arriving prepared for longer sessions including snacks, drinks, chargers, medications, and appropriate clothing.

Touch-ups are not automatically included unless stated otherwise by your artist.

Free touch-ups, when offered, must typically be completed within a specified timeframe after the original appointment.

Touch-ups are not provided for tattoos damaged by sun exposure, improper aftercare, picking, scratching, lifestyle-related wear, or changes made by another artist.

Large-scale projects, hand tattoos, finger tattoos, feet tattoos, and high-friction areas may require additional maintenance over time.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all tattoo appointments.

Clients must meet Washington State legal age requirements for tattoo services.

InkScribe Tattoo Studio does not tattoo intoxicated individuals or anyone unable to legally consent to the procedure.

Each artist reserves the right to decline any project for reasons including style mismatch, unrealistic expectations, poor reference material, excessive micromanagement, unsafe placement choices, or disrespectful behavior.

Our priority is creating tattoos that heal well, age properly, and align with our artistic standards.

Longer appointments may require scheduled breaks throughout the session.

Artists reserve the right to stop a session early due to client fatigue, skin condition, excessive movement, bleeding, or other factors that may negatively affect tattoo quality or safety.

Incomplete sessions may require additional appointments to finish the project.

Tattoo healing results vary from person to person.

InkScribe Tattoo Studio cannot guarantee exact healed outcomes, color retention, or final appearance due to differences in skin, lifestyle, immune response, and aftercare.

Certain placements may heal lighter or require future touch-ups due to friction and movement.

InkScribe Tattoo Studio operates as a private appointment-only studio.

Walk-ins are not accepted unless specifically announced.

To maintain a calm and professional environment, excessive guests, disruptive behavior, smoking, vaping, or loud audio may not be permitted during appointments.

By booking an appointment, submitting a request form, or sending a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all InkScribe Tattoo Studio policies and terms.
